Delivery Times
- United Arab Emirates — 1–3 working days. Next day in Dubai and Abu Dhabi on orders placed before 2pm.
- Saudi Arabia — 2–5 working days from our Riyadh partner. Customs duties are included in the price you pay.
- United States — 5–8 working days via DHL Express.
Shipping Costs
Free on UAE and KSA orders over AED 250. Below that, AED 20 within the UAE and AED 35 to Saudi Arabia. US shipping is calculated live at checkout.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery, in resalable condition. Train in it — if the fit is wrong, we will take it back. No restocking fee. Refunds are issued within five working days of us receiving the parcel.
Warranty
Two years on hardware, stitching and buckles against manufacturing failure. Normal wear on suede, elastic and coatings is not covered. Send a photo and your order number and we will sort it.
